We are pleased to confirm that Saturday’s session of the University of Botswana Moringa Farming Workshop will feature exclusive presentations from two of our valued strategic partners: Letshego Financial Services and Hollard Botswana Insurance.

These sessions are designed to empower you with access to financing, insurance solutions, and risk protection strategies tailored to your Moringa farming journey.


πŸ”Ά LETSHEGO FINANCIAL PRESENTATION

Saturday – Full Session

Letshego will deliver a specialized presentation focusing on two scalable Moringa production thresholds under our cluster model:

  1. 30,000 Trees per Hectare (High Density Farming):

    • Per Harvest Yield: 0.3–0.5 kg per tree

    • Revenue Range: BWP 360,000 – 600,000 per harvest

    • Harvests per Year: 6–8

    • Annual Revenue Potential: Up to BWP 4.8 million

  2. 70,000 Trees per Hectare (Ultra Density Commercial Model):

    • Per Harvest Yield: 0.3–0.5 kg per tree

    • Revenue Range: BWP 840,000 – 1.4 million per harvest

    • Harvests per Year: 6–8

    • Annual Revenue Potential: Up to BWP 11.2 million

These revenue figures are made possible through secured offtake partnerships with both local processors and international buyers from Germany and South Africa.

Letshego will also present tailored financing models:

  • Purchase Order (PO) Financing

  • Working Capital Facilities

Both offerings are being tailored specifically for FPI Botswana cluster farmers and come with flexible terms to suit new entrants and commercial growers.
